Guaranteed Estimates provides a platform that connects homeowners with qualified roofing contractors. Our services include:

• Connecting homeowners with licensed and insured roofing contractors
• Facilitating communication between homeowners and contractors
• Providing educational resources about roofing projects

Guaranteed Estimates is a lead generation and estimation platform. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work directly.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and roofing needs
• Maintain the security of any account credentials
• Not misuse our services or interfere with their operation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Conduct due diligence when selecting and hiring contractors
• Communicate directly with contractors regarding project details and contracts

Important Disclaimers:

• Estimates provided through our platform are preliminary and for informational purposes only
• Final pricing must be confirmed through direct consultation with contractors
• Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after physical inspection
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of estimates or that contractors will honor estimated prices
• All contracts and agreements are between you and the contractor, not Guaranteed Estimates
• We recommend obtaining multiple quotes and verifying contractor credentials before proceeding

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Guaranteed Estimates does not employ contractors and is not responsible for their work, conduct, or performance. We conduct basic verification of contractor licenses and insurance, but we recommend that you:

• Verify contractor credentials independently
• Check references and reviews
• Obtain written contracts before work begins
• Ensure contractors carry appropriate insurance and licensing for your area
• Understand payment terms and warranty coverage

Text messages are sent by Guaranteed Estimates, a service operated by Stokes Family Advisors LLC.

Guaranteed Estimates does not share, sell, or rent mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf, such as customer support and message delivery providers, and those parties are prohibited from using it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We send text messages to business contacts who have inquired about our partner program, replied to our outreach, or requested information. Message frequency varies; you should expect no more than a few messages per week per conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from Guaranteed Estimates.

• We are not responsible for disputes between users and contractors
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service
• Information on our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Guaranteed Estimates or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guaranteed Estimates, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
